Who Am I?

I am a qualified social worker with a decade of frontline experience in child protection, family support, and community services. I’ve worked directly with families facing complex challenges, helping them navigate an array of struggles, and safeguarding concerns. I’ve also trained and advised professionals on best practices in supporting vulnerable children and families.

Through my work, I saw the same struggles over and over - families trying to meet expectations without clear guidance and professionals needing accessible, practical tools to support them. That’s why I created BeWise Parenting: to turn expert knowledge into actionable resources that make a real difference.
